During his tenure, the company has flourished, expanding its workforce to nearly 270 employees and is completely vertically integrated under his direction.

Abe is a NYS licensed CPA and holds an MBA with a double major in Finance and Accounting from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.

Julien holds a BA degree from The University of Rochester, where he majored in International Relations.

In his last banking position, Asad was involved in developing and updating the real estate financing strategy for the bank, updating target markets and associated risk criteria.

Holds a degree from Emory University, where he majored in Finance.

Ari has a masters in Accounting from Touro University.

With more than three decades of commercial real estate development, valuation and debt origination experience, he has placed and structured over $15 billion in capital through varying executions and capital structures for an array of property types.

Ward joined Newmark after working as a regional manager at KeyBank, leading his team to originate $2.5 billion in debt products during his tenure. He also spent time at Rialto, Five Mile Capital, Bank of America, Citi, Barclays, GE Capital and Bear Stearns.

Throughout his career, Ward has consistently ranked as a top producer at all the shops where he has worked, and he is known for skillfully executing deals and providing exceptional customer service.
